Sentia glucose and fructose Test Strips can be used to track the progress of a primary ferment to dryness, and with the ability to measure these two fermentable sugars separately, users can act to mitigate sluggish or stuck ferments quickly and efficiently.
Samples undergoing fructose analysis require a quick and simple 1 in 5 pre-dilution with the Sentia fructose buffer. Samples undergoing glucose testing do not require a sample dilution.
